In Shadow of the Colossus you play as Wander, a youthful man who comes in a barred land and must travel across its stunning landscape on your pony, Agro, in order to defeat sixteen enormous animals known as the Colossi. Should you manage to take down all 16, you will be able to restore the life of a damsel named Mono, whose soul is trapped in this haunting world.

Stand together or fight alone
In ICO on PlayStation Trio, you control ICO and must manoeuvre through a vast castle with Yorda by your side. As ICO you can run, leap, climb and wield weapons such as a chunk of wood or a sword to progress through each area or defeat enemies.
However, because Yorda can only hop brief distances and climb a limited number of objects in the environment, it’s up to you to help her budge beyond these obstacles. You can take her by the mitt and guide her, tell her to go after you or ask her to remain in a certain spot until you’ve solved one of the many puzzles introduced via the game. Be sure to keep an eye on her at all times however. If Yorda is captured by the shadow creatures, it’s game over.
In Shadow of the Colossus, you’ll practice an entirely different kind of escapade. Once inwards this barred land, you must use your sword in areas of sunlight to guide you to each of the Colossi. Journeys to these fine brutes are never elementary and require detours and exploration, so take your time.
Once you have found a Colossus, your objective is to then figure out its weakness before you attack it. Here’s a peak – each of the Colossi dwell in a unique lair or environment and in most cases, the Colossi cannot be defeated without making use of their surroundings. When you have uncovered its weakness, you’ll need to act rapid by scaling the animal and searching for a glowing symbol on its bod to ruin it.
