Those working mostly within industrial environments have no choice but to work alongside a number of particulates including sawdust, which is normally a byproduct of their specialty. For this reason, brilliant minds came up with a solution – industrial saw dust collection systems, or a dust collection apparatus that uses a combination of pipes and filters to achieve environmental cleanliness, albeit in a somewhat sophisticated manner.
Dirty air is pushed into an inlet affixed to the main body of the large collector, which is generally a single unit containing multiple levels. The suction pipes that move the dirty air needing to be collected and filtered are made of a flexible material. The lower part of industrial sawdust collection systems makes use of a funnel or hopper that has a rotary unit so the byproduct can easily be rolled into a particle collection container.
The filtration system includes tubular filter bags positioned vertically in the lower body. Blowpipes in the upper part of the machine is the first point of contact for sawdust filtration and are attached to a set of solenoid valves, the point where electricity is introduced into the system to jumpstart the entire process.
Air exhaust pipes then carry the filtered, fresh air back into the facility so employees can work free of dirty, irritating air that can trigger allergies and a whole host of systemic reactions. Just as in nature, a baffle plate ensures that the heavy particles fall to the bottom while the more rarefied, cleaner air rises to the top.
